The role
Whether you call yourself a ghostwriter, a content creator, a social media manager, or a content strategist, if you can grow a LinkedIn account, this is for you.
We already run a working lead magnet content strategy across multiple LinkedIn accounts with a large combined following. It works. The problem is simple: it only moves as fast as we have time for. We need someone to take it over, scale the volume, and push it further than we could alone.
This is not a "write when briefed" job and it is not a ghostwriter hiding in the background. You own the LinkedIn growth engine with the founder. You build the strategy, generate the ideas, write the posts, and test new angles across different audiences.
You will work directly with the founder. At the start you build everything together, so you learn exactly how to think, write, and pick what wins. Over time you take more and more responsibility and run it yourself.
What you'll do
- Own and grow our LinkedIn content across multiple accounts
- Target different ICPs with different content and different angles
- Write the posts, including lead-magnet posts designed to capture qualified leads
- Come up with the ideas and hooks, not just execute someone else's
- Continuously test new formats, angles, and approaches, then double down on what performs
- Keep the volume high and the rhythm consistent
- Expand the playbook to X and other channels as we scale
What we're looking for
- You can write. Show us a portfolio or posts you have written that got real engagement. We judge the work, not the years or the logos.
- You get short-form and hooks. You know why a post stops the scroll and why another dies.
- You think in strategy, not just captions. You can look at an audience and know what to say to them.
- Native-level, natural written English.
- Self-driven. You want to own something and run with it.
- Bonus: firsthand understanding of B2B, AI, SaaS, sales, or LinkedIn growth.
How we work
Fully remote, async-first, worldwide. You get direct access to the founder and work side by side with him from day one. Full-time contractor. We start with a two-week paid trial so both sides can feel the fit before committing.
